If, after these seven days, you are sure you want to return your purchase, please note: there is a 30 day window (since purchase) to return your purchase. After receiving the goods, we will immediately refund you the money within the next 7 days. We do not pay for return shipment unless the goods are defective. To return goods:
- Pack goods safely in original packaging.
- Deliver the package to a shipping company of your choice and pay accordingly. (If the good is defective, we will refund this fee).
- To ensure a smooth return process, please include a small note in the package (or an email to moonpillow.pr@gmail.com) including the reason for your return, and any suggestions you may have.
