SHIPPING 

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders landing within the contiguous United States.

All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders are shipped on Monday thru Friday with the exception of national holidays.

Orders placed after 1pm ET will be processed on the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL AND NON-CONTIGUOUS STATES

We ship internationally and to non-contiguous states. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Please note that these costs do not include customs or import duties and that the customer is responsible for these fees. We are unable to calculate these fees because they vary by country.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after placing an order online. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a separate e-mail with tracking information. You can also create an account at checkout to check the status of your order, and to store order information.

RETURN POLICY

Given the revolutionary design of the MoonPillow, it takes some getting used to after years of using regular pillows. Thus, before returning any products, we ask you to sleep with it for seven days and to genuinely trust in its potential. Your skin will thank you! The relief that it gives to your skin—along with the comfortable memory foam and refreshing satin cover—will never let you look at a regular pillow again.

If you're thinking of returning it, sleep on it.

If, after these seven days, you are sure you want to return your purchase, please note: there is a 30 day window (since purchase) to return your purchase. After receiving the goods, we will immediately refund you the money within the next 7 days. We do not pay for return shipment unless the goods are defective. To return goods:

1. Pack goods safely in original packaging.
2. Deliver the package to a shipping company of your choice and pay accordingly. (If the good is defective, we will refund this fee).
To ensure a smooth return process, please include a small note in the package (or an email to moonpillow.pr@gmail.com) including the reason for your return, and any suggestions you may have. 
3. After receiving the goods along with the reason for return, we will immediately refund the original purchase within the next 7 days.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT

All returns within 30 days will be refunded (excluding the cost of return shipping, unless the good was proven defective) once the item is received.
